“Mt. Tamalpais from Bon Tempe Lake”, 20″ x 36″, oil on canvas. This painting, finished in February, went straight into the Falkirk exhibit, but will return for Steve & Kathleen’s Open Studio, May 7 & 8 and May 14 & 15, from 11 am – 6 pm.

inSteve began this piece a few years ago, but filed it away while working on other pieces. Pulled out recently and looked at from a new perspective, resulted in this piece.

This 24″ x 44″ oil on canvas was just signed by Kathleen. Ring Mountain is in full sun, with the dramatic fog about to engulf Mount Tam.

This “Band of Pirates” features Steve on piano & accordion, Kathleen on vocals, Tom Perry guitar, Gary Millar on banjo, Dan Gabel on mandolin, Bob Mayer, harmonicas, Margot Van Riper on percussion and Melanie Nichols on vocals. This band has closed out MarinScapes the last 2 years, and is a fun way to close out Steve & Kathleen’s exhibit at Falkirk. This band loves to sing! April 29, from 5-7 pm.

This 20 x 20″ acrylic will be framed for Steve & Kathleen’s Open Studio coming up May 7 & 8 and May 14 & 15, 11am-6 pm. Steve will be showing landscapes from Marin, the Sierra and his lyrical pieces.
