Open Studio: At this location since 1979.

Our May Open Studio is part of Marin Open Studios throughout Marin. This year, the garden walk to the front door, shows the benefits of all that rain. Come by, May 6, 7, 13, or 14 for the garden, the many paintings of Marin, or to say hello. Open from 11 am to 5 pm both weekends.

Both Kathleen and Steve were finalists for the Marin Magazine cover contest.

Each year, Marin magazine invites submission of artwork for their may issue cover. Although neither made the cover this year, both have artworks that made the inside article as runner-ups. This 20″ x 36″ oil on canvas by Kathleen Lipinski, is from the ridge at the end of San Francisco Blvd., where trails from Sorich Park connect to the Sleepy Hollow-Terra Linda County Open Space.                          This painting, and more will be featured at our May Open Studio, as part of Marin Open Studios. May 6 & 7 and May 13 & 14,  11 am-5 pm.

Kathleen & Steve are open both weekends of Marin Open Studios in May!

Kathleen Lipinski & Steve Emery, will once again, open their home & studios as participants in Marin Open Studios. Set among a blooming garden, they will be open from 11 am to 5 pm, May 6 & 7 and May 13 & 14 at 38 San Francisco Blvd. in San Anselmo, CA.                       Marin Open Studios features a gallery in the Corte Madera Town Center, with a piece by each participating artist. The hills are GREEN!

   Steve’s horizontal acrylic painting on coated masonite, 13″ x 24″.  Steve has done this painting from some smaller studies of the brush/grass patterns from out beyond Pine Mountain, above Kent Lake.                                                                                                          Kathleen & Steve will hold their open studios on both weekends of Marin Open Studios 2017. Our home & studio, at 38 San Francisco Blvd. in San Anselmo, will be open from 11-6 .
